A new study by online art gallery, SINGULART reveals which luxury designer brands are most loved across Europe. Google Search Data from the past four years reveals Louis Vuitton as the UK’s favourite, it was also found to be the most loved brand across Europe.
New research has revealed the luxury designer brands that are the most loved across Europe, with Louis Vuitton coming in first place in the UK.
Looking at the number of Google searches, online art gallery, SINGULART, has revealed the luxury designer brands that have seen the biggest increase in searches over the past four years.
The data revealed that, in the UK, the most loved designer brand was Louis Vuitton, which has seen annual Google searches increase by 2,607,000 since 2018.
This search figure was only beaten by Germany, whose luxury-wear favourite was found to be Hermes, who has seen annual searches increase by 3,619,000 since 2018. The UK’s second favourite designer brand was revealed as Dior, with an increase of 1,794,500 Google searches from 2018-2021, shortly followed by Chanel with an increase of 1,058,000 searches.

- Prada (Increase of 555,500 searches from 2018-2021)
- Tom Ford (Increase of 432,500 searches from 2018-2021)
- Jacquemus (Increase of 374,000 searches from 2018-2021)
- Bottega Veneta (Increase of 343,300 searches from 2018-2021)
- Ralph Lauren (Increase of 321,000 searches from 2018-2021)
Looking at which designer was the most popular around Europe, Louis Vuitton had the most countries searching for them, with the brand coming in first place for over half (57%) of European countries. Dior came in second place across Europe, coming first place in 17 different countries.

Commenting on the findings, Marion Sailhen, Head Curator at SINGULART says, “With the ever-increasing popularity of designer goods from the classics of Chanel to the more rebellious styles of Vivienne Westwood, we were interested to see which luxury brand has had the most interest from the public over the past few years, especially across Europe with it having some of the biggest fashion capitals of the world.”
