The Cookware range, designed in collaboration with Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti of deepdesign®, is characterised by aesthetic and functional elements. The launch marks a clear next step for the Italian brand, whose passion and love for crafting great food is at the very heart of the business and its founding family.
Comprising of two different sized frying pans, a wok and a casserole dish – must-haves in any kitchen – the all-new cookware embodies Smeg’s 50s retro style signature look and extends Smeg’s commitment to quality kitchenware, complementing its appliances.
Within the sleek, modern, yet unmistakably curvaceous design made famous by the brand’s 50s style collection, Smeg’s cookware is packed with a plethora of quality design features optimised for all cooking styles and needs. Crafted using cold-forged aluminium, a perfectly thickened bottom and stainless-steel plate – 6 layers in total – which guarantees uniform heating distribution and ensures the product retains its shape in high temperatures.
This high-quality cookware range will be available in three slick colourways: a classic matt black, a striking matt red and a minimalist but chic matt cream. Complete with the stainless-steel accents, the range will slot seamlessly into any kitchen, proving an essential yet stylish addition.
